We have developed the ‘Rod Guide Heavy’ & ‘Rod Guide Heavy 2’ especially for the use of lightweight plastic disposable grips. By using disposable grips, you lose weight at the front end of the machine, which shifts the centre of gravity backwards and makes the balance worse.
You can simply replace the ‘Rod Guide Heavy’ or ‘Rod Guide Heavy 2’ with the lightweight Rod Guide in your M1 or M2 and regain the balance you are used to.
They are made of stainless steel and therefore 3 times heavier than your previous aluminium rod guide.
