Return Policy

All orders must be checked for any discrepancies or damaged stock, Protat must be notified within 24 hours of receiving your order. We will give you a return number. Items returned back without return number will be returned back to you at your cost so please call first to receive your RN (Return number).

All returns must be in the same condition as received. Inks must be in the same plastic bag you received them in.

All needles and other item must be in the box they come in and not marked or written on as we cannot accept them back if they are marked.

Please make sure you wrap the return goods up carefully so they do not get damaged on the return to Protat. Include a note stating your name, return number and issue.

If you have Transit cover, any goods damaged in transit, Protat must be notified within 24 hours of receiving your order.

Keep all damaged goods as Protat will need them returned as part of the transit cover claim.

Remember if a claim is made it does need to go through a process and goods returned before the claim is finalised.

If your parcel has ATL (Authority to leave) attached, once delivered/ left under this authority it is not covered by your transit cover.  Transit cover does not cover an Authority to leave under any circumstances.
