
Whether you're a new or existing customer, you'll need to create an account to start placing orders. Existing customers will need to have your TA number (studio or artist) on hand, which can be found on the top right-hand corner of your current invoices. You will need to drop the βTAβ that appears before the numbers and all letters that appear after the numbers, leaving just numbers which is now your account number. If you need assistance finding your TA number (artist or studio), please contact us on 1300 364 223.
For new customers, once your account registration has been processed, you'll be assigned an account number and able to place orders.
