StarTrack ROAD will NOT take parcels to a Post Office
ONLY StarTrack AIR will take parcels to the Post Office
A quote is required for size & weight of order.
Startrack is a business-to-business courier so if you need delivered by Road to a home/ residential address you will need an ATL (Authority to leave)
Some examples below for your ATL (Authority to Leave):
- At front door
- Over the fence on left hand side
- Behind the grey gates
- Behind the bins
- At receptionist in foyer
- Behind flower pot to left of front door.
For ALL StarTrack ROAD only deliveries to residential addresses, StarTrack require an Authority to Leave (ATL). This is to ensure the parcel is left in the specific location of your choice at your address, for instance: front door, over the fence, behind the gate, behind the bins, etc.
Please remember the ATL can only be 65 characters in total. So, keep it short and to the point.
If an ATL is not submitted with your order, we are unable to send the parcel until we receive one, as it is to be provided to StarTrack at the time of collection from Protat.
Also remember that the courier will not phone as they do not have company phones.
